These Terms of Sale govern the acquisition of artworks offered by Kerilys, including:

• original physical artworks (when available),

• certified prints,

• digital artworks in the form of NFTs.

Any order or acquisition request implies full acceptance of these Terms.


 
2. Artworks Offered
 
Artworks presented on the website may be:

• available for sale,

• offered subject to selection,

• displayed for informational purposes only and not available for purchase.

Kerilys reserves the sole discretion to determine the availability of each artwork.


 
3. Acquisition Process
 
Depending on the format, acquisition may take place:

• through a third-party NFT platform  OpenSea,

• via direct contact using the AI form available on the website,

• through written exchange following approval.

No sale is final without explicit confirmation from Kerilys.


 
4. Prices
 
Prices vary according to the nature, format, and availability of the artwork.

• NFT prices may be communicated upon request.

• Certified print prices may be communicated upon request.

• Prices for original artworks are not publicly displayed and are communicated upon request and subject to approval.

Prices are expressed excluding taxes unless otherwise stated.


 
5. Payment
 
Payment methods are specified upon confirmation of the acquisition and may include:

• payment via NFT platforms,

• bank transfer,

• other methods agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

The sale is considered final upon receipt of full payment.


 
6. Delivery

Delivery terms depend on the type of artwork:

• NFTs are delivered via blockchain transfer,

• physical artworks and prints are shipped or handed over under conditions defined on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery times are indicative only.
Kerilys shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures.



7. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws:

• original artworks,

• made-to-order prints,

• digital artworks in the form of NFTs,

are not subject to a right of withdrawal, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.



8. Liability

Kerilys shall not be held liable for:

• the buyer’s use or interpretation of the artworks,

• fluctuations in the value of artworks or NFTs,

• technical issues related to third-party platforms or blockchain technology.
  
  
   

9. Retention of Title

Artworks remain the property of Kerilys until full payment has been received.
