This NFT Policy defines the terms applicable to digital artworks offered by Kerilys in the form of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
It clarifies the rights granted upon acquisition, permitted uses, and applicable limitations.



2. Nature of NFTs

NFTs associated with Kerilys’ artworks are intended to:

• certify authenticity,

• ensure provenance,

• attest to the uniqueness or rarity of the digital artwork,
  through blockchain technology.

The NFT is a digital certificate of ownership, distinct from the artwork itself.



3. Rights Granted to the Buyer

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
The acquisition of a Kerilys NFT grants the buyer:

• ownership of the token recorded on the blockchain,

• a personal right to view the associated artwork,

• the right to resell the NFT on compatible platforms.

No additional rights are transferred.



4. Rights Not Transferred

The acquisition of an NFT does not include any transfer of:

• copyright,

• moral rights,

• reproduction rights,

• public display rights,

• commercial exploitation rights.

These rights remain the exclusive property of Kerilys.
Any public, commercial, promotional, or derivative use requires prior written authorization.



5. Personal Use

Buyers may use the artwork linked to the NFT for strictly personal and non-commercial purposes, including:

• private display,

• personal use within a non-public digital environment.

Any modification, alteration, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without written consent.



6. Platforms and Technology

Kerilys NFTs are offered via third-party platforms (including OpenSea).
Kerilys is not responsible for:

• platform operation,

• transaction fees,

• value fluctuations,

7. No Financial Guarantee

The acquisition of a Kerilys NFT does not constitute:

• a financial investment,

• a promise of appreciation,

• any guarantee of resale or return.

All purchase decisions are made at the buyer’s sole discretion.



8. Selection and Availability

Kerilys reserves the discretionary right to:

• determine which artworks are offered as NFTs,

• limit or withdraw artworks,

• refuse any request incompatible with her artistic vision.

Some artworks may be displayed without being available for acquisition.



9. Resale and Royalties

In the event of resale on a compatible platform, royalties may be automatically allocated to the artist according to blockchain parameters.
Such royalties grant no additional rights to the buyer.



10. Liability

Buyers acknowledge:

• understanding the nature of NFTs,

• accepting the legal and technical risks of blockchain technology,

• assuming full responsibility for securing private keys and digital wallets.

Kerilys declines all liability for loss, hacking, or misuse of digital assets.
