1. Intellectual Property
 
All content available on this website, including but not limited to artistic works, paintings, digital artworks, NFTs, texts, poems, descriptions, images, videos, animations, graphics, logos, visual compositions, and sound elements (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”), is protected by copyright law, intellectual property law, and applicable international conventions.
Such Content is the exclusive property of Kerilys, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, modification, adaptation, translation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Content, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of the artist.


 
2. Copyright
 
In accordance with applicable laws, Kerilys’ artworks are automatically protected by copyright upon creation.
Kerilys retains full moral rights, including but not limited to:

• the right to the integrity of the work,

• the right to attribution (name),

• the right of disclosure,

• the right of withdrawal.

Economic rights also remain the exclusive property of the artist, unless expressly and formally assigned in writing.


 
3. Physical Artworks
 
The acquisition of an original physical artwork or a certified print does not, under any circumstances, imply the transfer of copyright or commercial exploitation rights, unless otherwise stipulated by a written agreement.
The buyer acquires only the physical medium of the artwork, excluding any right of reproduction, public display, or commercial use.


 
4. Digital Artworks and NFTs
 
Digital artworks offered in the form of NFTs are intended to certify the authenticity, provenance, and uniqueness of the associated artwork through blockchain technology.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• the acquisition of an NFT does not constitute a transfer of copyright,

• all rights of reproduction, distribution, and exploitation remain the exclusive property of Kerilys,

• any public or commercial use requires prior written authorization.

Specific conditions applicable to each NFT may vary and are provided at the time of acquisition or upon request.


 
5. Online Presentation

The artworks presented on this website are displayed solely for viewing, discovery, and informational purposes.
High-resolution files, full formats, exact dimensions, or final versions of the artworks are never made public.
Some artworks may be displayed without being offered for sale.



6. Access, Selection, and Collaborations

Kerilys reserves the discretionary right to:

• select the artworks offered for sale or presented,

• accept or refuse any acquisition request,

• choose collaborations, partnerships, or bespoke projects,

• refuse any use or association deemed incompatible with her work or artistic vision.

No obligation of response or justification is required.



7. Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized use of the artworks or Content may result in civil and/or criminal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws, including claims for damages.



8. Contact and Requests

Any request relating to:

• the acquisition of an artwork,

• the use or reproduction of Content,

• a collaboration or partnership,

• copyright or NFTs, must be submitted via the contact form provided by the AI available on the website.
